Programs will be held on campus and follow COVID-19 safety rules.
Summer programs will continue to follow any and all plublic health guidelines regarding COVID, as applicable.
CENTRAL KITCHEN MGR 1
Under minimal supervision, the Central Kitchen Manager directs food service personnel at a central kitchen that serves multiple sites to ensure functions are performed in a safe and efficient manner; provide food services at designated sites to meet the mandated nutritional needs of students; ensure proper transport and availability of food service items to a variety of sites; provide written support to convey information; and comply with mandated health standards; performs other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
SafeServ Certificated required.
High school graduation or equivalent; Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the food service industry; required to perform multiple, technical tasks with a need to occasionally upgrade skills to meet changing conditions; use the computer, prepare food and clean assigned areas; valid California Driver's License
GENERAL WORKING CONDITIONS:
Consistent mental alertness; sitting; standing for extended periods of time; constantly handles materials; frequently lifting, pushing, and pulling and carries objects up to 50 pounds. Rapid-paced work.

Salary Range: Employee per diem - Employee per diem / Prorata per BU salary schedule
