Oakland Mall Apartments is Hiring a Maintenance Tech Near Madison, MI
Well run, organized apartment community located at John R and Whitcomb, is looking for an individual to join our team as a maintenance tech.
If you have experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, have you own tools, are reliable, work well as part of a team and have an unrestricted driver's license, send us your resume.
You will be turning over vacant apartments and performing routine maintenance for our current residents. There may be additional tasks assigned by the manager.
There is also a shared, rotating on-call system in place.
The hours for the position are Monday through Friday 8;30 AM TO 5 PM.
Compensation will be based on your experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
