Ensures that institutional informational reporting and analytical needs are met. Assists Chief Strategy Officer and Director of Analytical Studies in providing data, information, and analytic support for decision-making; effectively and strategically expanding business analytics capabilities; and facilitating the use of institutional information to increase effectiveness and efficiency. Works collaboratively with other offices at the College on information needs and on Institutional Effectiveness’ SQL database system and design, data integrity, and reporting standards. This position is expected to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural diverse working environment.

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Science, Mathematics, Statistics or
related field; Master’s degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Three (3) years of experience in applied research with demonstrated
experience in compliance reporting. Prior experience in an Office of
Institutional Research or comparable office in higher education preferred
