A typical day for a Housekeeping Supervisor includes:

· Hiring and supervising the community housekeeping staff

· Training and monitoring housekeeping staff performance

· Assist the Director of Housekeeping in coordinating and performing housekeeping services to assure a high standard of cleanliness and resident satisfaction

Requirements:

· High school Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)

· Related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

· Ability to communicate effectively with Residents and their family members, and associates at all levels of the organization
