Overview
The PT Museum Guest Services reports directly to the General Manager. This position performs administrative support functions including acting as a front-line customer service representative while greeting visitors and answering the Museum’s main phone lines.
Employee is responsible for; and performs specialized office / clerical work of a difficult complex nature and does related work as required for all departments as assigned.
Represents the venue as the initial contact for prospective clients and the general public and provides overall administrative support.

The Museum Assistant may be asked to file or input data onto spreadsheets for either marketing, finance or other departments.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $13.00.
