Overview

The Concessions Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day concessions operations at the Budweiser Events Center and Larimer County Ranch Events Complex. This includes managing staff, ordering supplies, and ensuring that all food safety regulations are followed. The Concessions Operations Supervisor will work closely with the Concessions Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve the customer experience.

This role will pay a salary of $18 to $21.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve the customer experience.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with placing orders as needed.
  • Train and develop staff to provide excellent customer service.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Communicate with employees, clients, and management in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Work closely with Office Management to track and submit payroll and employee gratuities.
  • Interviewing, onboarding, and training of new employees.
  • Assist in employee scheduling.
  • Assist with POS and other technical troubleshooting.
  • Manage staff before, during, and after events.
  • Other duties assigned by the Concessions Manager and General Manager.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years working in food and beverage, preferably in concessions.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management.
  • Ability to work flesible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and loud environment.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency: E-mail, Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Cash handling abilities; basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Food safety certification preferred.
  • Safe alcohol service certification preferred.
