Job role: Cloud platform Support

Location: Los Angeles, CA / Dallas, TX

Contract: 12 Months W2 Contract

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the expert and overall solution design owner of end-to-end user experience.
• Take a future-proof approach to the full solutioning process (Ideation, Discovery, and Build), as well as ongoing enhancements and platform expansions.
• Continuously review tech stacks against new needs to find opportunities to optimize, drive cost efficiencies and performance and elevate the user experience.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture team to define and govern standards for ecosystem.
• Collaborate & negotiate with business leaders, product managers, technology leads, and domain experts to create, deliver, and refine innovative solutions.
• Strong leadership skills: ability to influence technical and business teams, build strong relationships, deliver feedback, and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Hands on experience with the following technologies: API solutions and back-end development toolsets (Python/Pyspark) and modern frontend frameworks
• Understanding and experience with ETL tools and methodologies (Informatica,, Spark, AWS Glue, Azure Data)
• Managing data integration, and using API methodologies and tools (Mulesoft, Custom API, Airflow)
• Understanding of data management platforms, including relational and non-relational data engines (MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Amazon Redshift, MongoDB, Hadoop, Snowflake, Big Query)
• Understanding and exposure/experience to advanced analytics/machine learning
