We are seeking a motivated Accounting & Finance Assistant. Are you able to multi-task? Do you enjoy working independently but also working in a team environment? Oak Point Associates is a fast-paced A/E firm, with an open Accounting & Finance position.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Assist with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Process transactions, issue and mail checks, update project/client information and prepare reports.
• Reconciliation of records.
• Data entry.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in an accounting or finance role.
• Degree in Accounting preferred.
• Must have exceptional attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to use discretion in handling confidential information.
• Work collaboratively and effectively with individuals at all levels of the company.
• Ability to meet job performance measures with minimal direct supervision and guidance.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under stress.
• Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
• Experience with BQE Core and Quickbooks is a plus.
• Must be proficient in word and excel.
