We are currently looking for a Regional Director of Construction and Maintenance to oversee the maintenance of our 11 separate communities. Our facilities are spread out between eastern and southern Wisconsin and one in Dubuque, Iowa and one in Albert Lea, Minnesota. We are looking for someone who can provide support and guidance for the organization’s maintenance Directors. We have 3 skilled nursing facilities, 12 assisted living, 12 memory care areas and 3 independent living apartment buildings. This position will involve a mix of travel and office time.

Responsibilities of the Regional Maintenance Director:

• Oversee the facility management at all 17 buildings.
• Be part of the planning process for new construction and remodeling
• Manage the construction and remodeling processes.
• Support and manage the maintenance staff in those buildings.
• Develop, mentor, and evaluate maintenance staff.
• Implement and maintain the preventive maintenance program for our organization.
• Troubleshoot and solve problems.
• Complete necessary training with staff.
• Stay familiar with State Regulations

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in related field preferred
• HVAC Experience
• Electrical Experience
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Multiple Facilities Management
• Supervisory experience
