Responsibilities:

Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner, actively listening to their preferences, and offering personalized recommendations tailored to their tastes and preferences.

Utilize your in-depth knowledge of spirits, fine wines and craft beer to make personalized recommendations tailored to customers' preferences and occasions.

Assist customers in making purchasing decisions by offering insightful information about products, tasting notes, and food pairings.

Effectively communicate the store's offerings, promotions, and unique features to enhance the customer experience.

Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently to process transactions and ensure a seamless checkout process.

Regularly monitor and restock shelves to ensure a visually appealing and well-organized store layout.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new arrivals, and emerging brands to provide customers with the latest insights.

Collaborate with team members to plan and execute tastings, educational events, and promotions.

Provide training to other team members when needed

Uphold the highest standards of customer service, ensuring that each customer's visit is memorable and exceeds their expectations.

Qualifications:

A genuine enthusiasm for Spirits, Fine Wine and Craft Beer, along with a strong desire to share your knowledge and passion with customers.

Demonstrated knowledge of various beers, wine and spirits categories, regions, and production methods. Extensive Wine knowledge is a plus.

Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers and provide exceptional service.

Proven ability to engage customers, upsell products, and meet or exceed sales targets.

Excellent verbal communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally.

Meticulous in accurately processing transactions and maintaining the store's visual aesthetics.

Collaborative attitude and willingness to contribute to a positive team environment.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
