We are an AAHA accredited clinic which helps drive our excellent patient care & customer service. We are a fast paced, small animal practice that does on occasion see some exotics (pocket pets). We are a 2 doctor practice, which allows for a strong client/patient and Doctor relationship.
We are currently looking for a part-time veterinary receptionist. This position may have option of full-time in near future. A candidate with management/HR experience may have advanced opportunities with our practice. Previous experience is a plus but we will train the right person. Experience with Cornerstone is helpful, as well as Microsoft Excel & Word. Must have prior experience with customer service and a willingness to exceed clients expectations. Applicant must be fast and self-motivated. It is a challenging position that does require:
-Excellent attendance
-Ability to multi-task with a smile
-Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
-Long days standing on your feet
-Ability to critically think through problems that arise
-Ability to stay calm and collected under pressure
-PT position
-Be at least 18 yrs old
