Oak Hill is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Residential Director to provide administrative oversight of assigned locations, which includes personnel management and supervision of all Residentials and services. The Residential Director at Oak Hill’s Suffield, Bloomfield, West Hartford, and Windsor locations works 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday 8a-4p with weekend and evening flexibility required. This individual will be an integral part of the management of the day-to-day operations of his/her assigned locations. This individual will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring processes for all contractual agreements and licensing regulations for all relevant licensing entities, which may include Department of Developmental Services (DDS), Department of Children and Families (DCF), and Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF). The Residential Director will be responsible for the oversight and adherence to Oak Hill policies and procedures, and for facilitating the core values and mission of the agency. Minimum Requirements: A master’s degree in a related field, and at least three (3) years of experience collaborating with people with disabilities in a supervisory role is required. Applicants in the process of obtaining a master’s degree may be considered, if applicable supervisory and practical experience applies. Benefits:

Responsibilities Include:
Manages all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the assigned locations. This includes all components of any in home day supports, residential, clinical and health related support services.
Acts as the chief liaison to the funding source(s), parents, guardians, and other external parties.
Ensures that their Site Supervisor are trained in their respective assigned locations and assures that they maintain certification and training requirements to meet internal/external standards and practices.
Monitors and evaluates all programmatic and administrative processes within their domain. Ensures appropriate billing, attendance recording, and other billing processes are addressed within defined regulatory guidelines and timelines.
Provides ongoing oversight to all scheduling efforts, which includes Oak Hill and external providers. The Residential Director utilizes discretionary measures to minimize the use of overtime or non-essential staffing.
Maintains records and all other internal/external regulatory documentation.
Monitors the operating budget for each location, ensures the maintenance of financial records.
Monitors medical and health needs, in collaboration with the assigned Residential Nurse.
Provides on call responsibilities, as indicated by Oak Hill policies and procedures.
