We are on the lookout for individuals who are ready to drive their careers forward as part of our Customer Service Representatives.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Obtain required bills and delivery receipts from Drivers. • Entering information from the bills and delivery receipts into system. • Report any over, short, or damaged notations on the bills or delivery receipts to the operations. • Work closely with Drivers, Dispatch and Operations. • Using OHFL systems to enter data and use information to answer questions and problems as they arise. • General office duties as assigned. Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:• No experience required, OHFL will train. • Ability to work with challenging situations and resolve issues successfully. • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. • Strong PC proficiency and experience using MS Office products.
