Oak Creek Apartments is Hiring an Apartment Manager Near Tupelo, MS
Interact with Residents and Prospects in a professional manner, adhering to all Fair Housing guidelines. General Office activities, including, but are not limited to: answering phones, scanning, email, accepting and recording payments, and entering invoices. You will be entrusted to manage personnel, scheduling vendors, and prioritizing work orders. The desired candidate will process residential applications,annual recertifications, maintain a high occupancy rate, and reduce delinquency.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
