OAHS Niagara Towers is Hiring a Resident Service Coordinator Near Niagara Falls, NY
We are currently seeking a Resident Service Coordinator to assume responsibility for coordinating programs and services to help residents live independently and age in place. Our Affordable Housing Apartment Community, OAHS Niagara Towers, Niagara Falls NY.
- Job Duties include:
- Coordinating programs and activities for residents relating to health care, life skills, etc.. under supervision of Regional Property Manager
- Meet with each resident to identify their individual needs
- Assists residents in acquiring desired services
- Housekeeping, meals, transportation, financial, legal, etc
- Complete all necessary documentation
- Stay current and adhere to fair housing laws
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in social work is preferred
- Experience
- Three years’ experience in social services
- Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
