Essential Responsibilities:

• Greet and assign guests to tee boxes promptly with a polite and welcoming manner.
• Handle incoming phone calls and direct to the appropriate team member.
• Manage waitlists for tee boxes.
• Assist guests with member card setup and tee box assignment.
• Provide information about the BigShots Golf experience and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure tee boxes are equipped with necessary clubs and replace broken clubs as needed.
• Coordinate guest services and ensure facility cleanliness.
• Notify supervisor of guest complaints and practice service recovery.
• Embrace OHM culture initiatives.

Skills & Abilities:

• Follows instructions and uses personal judgment to give information.
• Communicates effectively and solves problems.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and perform various physical activities.

Environmental Conditions:

• Work occurs both indoors and outdoors.
