Essential Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests promptly upon seating.
  • Offer menu suggestions, answer questions, and anticipate guests’ needs based on menu knowledge.
  • Take and enter drink and food orders into POS register, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Serve breakfast items, carrying trays and garnishing items.
  • Attend to additional guest needs and requests.
  • Present and process payment for guests’ checks.
  • Bus and reset tables, maintaining guests’ needs throughout their dining experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and common areas.
  • Restock service station and condiments.
  • Operate restaurant equipment and maintain cleanliness using designated cleaning supplies.

Hours:

  • Varied schedule including mornings (4:30-11am) weekends, and holidays.

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.

Physical Requirements:

  • Light work, occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds.
  • Standing or walking for extended periods.
  • Physical agility for various tasks including climbing, stooping, and reaching.

Environmental Conditions:

  • Work primarily indoors, with protection from weather conditions but not necessarily temperature changes.
