• Responsible for staffing, training, evaluating, coaching and goal setting to enable the merchandise presentation support team to meet department goals.
• Supervise the daily work functions of the Support Team. This includes, but is not limited to, store requests, fixture or sign orders, window statics and elevations.
• Supervises the process for all store sign and fixture needs and planogram project updates.
• Supervises all communication and coordination of the bidding process for sign projects to external vendors.
• Responsible for processing and coding purchase orders and invoices along with any other related documentation for all signage and fixture purchases.
• Oversees the everyday low price sign program, which includes but is not limited to supporting stores' additional bulk stacks, planogram price signs, and special projects. Working directly with the Pricing and Marketing teams as needed.
• Responsible for the documentation and communication of Store Design fixture or sign process requirements to all involved departments.
