Overview

We are currently seeking a Production Supervisor for our 1st Shift Weekend team at our facility located in Ambridge, PA, 15003. The ideal candidate will have experience with Lean Manufacturing Principles and ISO 9001 Certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the production activities on the 1st Shift Weekend team
• Implement and maintain Lean Manufacturing Principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 Certification standards
• Train and mentor production team members
• Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet deadlines
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

**Shift: **First shift 5:00 am - 5:30 pm, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

• 5:00 am - 1:30 pm every other Monday

Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing Principles
• Previous ISO 9001 Certification experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Knowledge of production processes and equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

You should be proficient in:

• Lean Manufacturing Principles
• ISO 9001 Certification Experience

Salary info:

$31.73 - $36.06 / hr
