Position: Director of Project Management
Responsibilities:· Oversee and manage all aspects of project management, ensuring successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
· Develop and implement project management methodologies, processes, and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
· Lead and supervise a team of 6 project managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
· Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
· Ensure compliance with project management standards, policies, and procedures.
· Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
· Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements.
Requirements:
· 5 years of experience managing complex fixture and casework millwork projects.
· Demonstrated ability to assertively handle complex challenges.
· Innovative and driven to lead continuous improvement efforts.
· Proven leadership ability resulting in high performing teams.
· Excellent problem-solving, communication and decision-making skills
· Experience with project management software.
· Bachelor's degree in a related field such as construction management, business management or engineering.
· Financial background with experience creating financial reports and maintaining project budgets.
