Summary Operates a saw to cut up chicken by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Saws up all product that is unable to proceed through the cut-up machines.

Separates the parts and puts them in the proper area.

Performs various production labor duties as assigned by Supervisor.

This is a safety sensitive position.
