As a Maintenance Technician, your primary responsibility will be to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks on a variety of industrial equipment and systems. This role requires expertise in multiple trades and the ability to handle various maintenance needs in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular maintenance inspections and preventive maintenance tasks on machinery, equipment, and systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to determine the root cause of equipment malfunctions.
• Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Install, assemble, and align new equipment or machinery to ensure proper functionality.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, including work performed, parts used, and equipment condition.
• Collaborate with other team members to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure efficient operation of the facility.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician, preferably in a multi-craft role.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in multiple trades, such as mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment and machinery.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Solid understanding of safety protocols and practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to handle manual tasks and work in various working conditions.

Great benefits (medical, dental, 401k, PTO, etc.) and starting pay, $33-38/hour. Position is on 2nd shift and 3rd shift.
