Role: Sheet Metal Fabricator

As a Sheet Metal Fabricator, you will be cutting, bending, punching, shearing, grinding, and polishing sheet metal to fabricate a variety of items to include components, tables, shelves, and other products as necessary. Prior experience is not required.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. 
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities:

• Operates metal cutting equipment to accurately cut materials to job specifications
• Bends and shapes parts according to job specifications
• Sands, polishes, and cleans cut materials
• Assists other sheet metal employees
• Performs other functions as necessary or as assigned

Physical Demands:

Strenuous work including but not limited to: repetitive bending, stooping, squatting, stretching and reaching overhead, standing for long periods of time, and being able to independently lift, push, and pull heavy objects weighing over 60 pounds.

Working Conditions:

Must be able to work in outdoors and unfinished/unconditioned spaces without regard to weather and temperature. Must be comfortable working at height on ladders, lifts, and roofs.
