ODP is seeking an experienced candidate to serve as Architect / Construction Administration Architect. The candidate must have a minimum of 10 years architectural experience in the production and administration of Construction Documents. Must possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to manage Clients, Contractors and Subcontractors with a proactive approach and leadership qualities to work with project teams. Must have in-depth working knowledge of current ICC Building codes and / or Florida Building Code, accessibility standards at both federal and local / national levels and perform quick reviews of specific project’s local ordinances / regulations and standards where applicable. Candidates must be highly motivated to work with and lead individuals and small team groups to meet timely deadlines.

The ideal candidate is a mentor for the younger staff while assisting more senior staff in producing comprehensive Construction Documents

Candidate's Qualifications

Minimum ten (10) years of experience in the production of Construction Documents and Construction Administration

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

A working knowledge of building codes and standards

Ability to perform code analysis.
