As we continue to grow, we are looking to add an additional Apprentice to our Drains Services division. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in carrying out regular maintenance of drain/plumbing systems at commercial and residential sites, following O'Connor Procedures.
• Work closely with licensed technicians to implement solutions and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues.
• Utilize critical thinking skills to diagnose leaks and drain/plumbing problems, collaborating with licensed technicians as necessary.
• Support the installation and repair of drain/plumbing systems, ensuring adherence to O'Connor Procedures for quality and safety.
• Follow established protocols and guidelines to maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate work schedules, provide updates on project progress, and address any concerns or questions.

Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of plumbing systems and concepts preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work a rotating on-call schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
• Willingness to commute to job sites independently or meet with assigned technician daily.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly on the job.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.
