The OCMI Marketing Team is growing! We are seeking a full-time Proposal Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the A/E/C industry. This is a remote position, but the propensity of work will be for California. The position will report to the Director of Marketing & Business Development. As a dedicated Proposal Manager, you will be a collaborative part of a marketing team that spearheads nationwide pursuits and supports technical staff. This position will lead marketing initiatives and support the corporate office.
