The Department of Pediatrics at NYU Grossman School of Medicine is excited to recruitapediatric hospitalist of diverse experience and background for a faculty position at the Hassenfeld Children’s Hospital of New York at NYU Langone/NYU Grossman School of Medicine.
Responsibilities include teaching of medical students and pediatric residents, and participation in hospital-related administrative, research and/or quality improvement initiatives based on the candidate’s skills and interests. The individual will provide comprehensive care in a brand new, single room acute care medical surgical unit, as well as full term and late preterm newborns in our level 1 Nursery. The individual will join our expanding and collegial Pediatric Hospital Medicine team which actively engages in medical education, quality improvement, research and administration.

The ideal candidate will be BC/BE in Pediatrics, possess outstanding clinical skills, hold current NY licensure and PALS certification. We strongly prefer candidates with at least two years of experience and/ or PHM fellowship trained. Applicants are eligible for a faculty appointment at NYU School of Medicine, Department of Pediatrics. NYULMC offers a competitive salarycommensurate with experience, aswell as generous benefits.
