Who we are:
In operation since 1994, the Cook Chill Production Center (CCPC) not only serves NYS Office of Mental Health facilities, but we also serve government facilities, private state facilities, and Not-For-Profit agencies. That’s approximately 15,000 pounds of food being delivered annually in refrigerated trucks from Buffalo to Long Island!
What we need from you
Cook Chill is a system which prepares large quantities of food with an extended shelf life. CCPC produces wholesome food that meets the nutritional and budgetary needs of its consumers. Can we count on you to do the following?
