We are seeking one or more experienced patent attorneys to assist our team in patent preparation/prosecution, drafting patent opinions, IP diligence, and strategic IP business counseling. Individual or groups of attorneys seeking new opportunities are encouraged to apply. The desired candidates will have experience in all stages of patent preparation/prosecution, including drafting original applications, foreign filings, responding to official actions, and appeals. All technical backgrounds are encouraged to apply. The desired candidates will have the desire and skills to grow our IP practice by networking with and marketing to prospective new clients. Minimum of at least one year patent law experience required.
