NYCOA is seeking a highly motivated full-time Warehouse/Shipping Supervisor to join their team in Manchester, NH. As a Warehouse/Shipping Supervisor, you will oversee our warehouse operations and shipping processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day warehouse operations, as well as ensuring efficient and timely product shipment. They will manage a team of warehouse staff, fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and teamwork.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee day-to-day activities in the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of goods.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Implement and enforce best practices for inventory management and space utilization.

• Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Provide coaching and support to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the warehouse and shipping operations.
• Implement changes and initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce costs while maintaining quality standards.

• Train and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.

SCHEDULE This is a full-time, day shift position working Monday-Friday 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. 
• Experience working in warehouse operations and/or shipping operations a plus.
• Experience in leadership or management a plus.
• Ability to work and communicate effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• 3-5 years supervisory experience in Shipping/Receiving/Warehousing.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to supervise 3-5 employees.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Basic math and computer skills.

• Able to safely operate sit down and stand-up gas & electric forklifts & pallet jacks.
• Capable of using 2-wheel dolly hand trucks to move rolls up to 250 lbs.
