Under the direction of the Administrator or designee, responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
1. Dispatch elevator teams as required.
2. Record information regarding the performance of elevators and the activities of Elevator Mechanics and Elevator Mechanic Helpers.
3. Perform data entry in the Maximo Work Order System.
4. Print Elevator Reports from Maximo as needed.
5. Ensure accuracy of computer data.
6. Maintain computer terminal and related equipment.
Note: Selected candidate will be required to work nights and weekends.
Additional Information:
1. This position carries an assignment differential.
2. NYCHA employees applying for promotional, title or level change opportunities must have served a period of one year at current location and in current title and level (if applicable).
