Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Nyberg's Dakota Workwear is looking for a friendly, positive, and self-motivated person to provide support to our management team.

- Help with processing and placing merchandise orders.

- Contacting and communicating with customers.

- Assist other Dakota Workwear team members, as needed.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

- Experience processing orders in a retail environment highly

preferred.

- Knowledge of office duties

- Knowledge of retail store operations

- Knowledge of retail computer systems

- Technically proficient in computer systems, including related software such as Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Good organizational, time management and multitasking abilities

- Cooperative team player, with exceptional interpersonal skills

- Commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction

- Willingness to cross-train on a variety of duties
