We are seeking receptionist and medical assistant staff to join our healthcare team.

Requirements and Qualifications:

· Must be fluent in English. Ability to speak Mandarin, FJ, Cantonese or Spanish are advantageous

· Ability to work some weekends is ideal

· High school diploma or equivalent or higher required

· Detail oriented and multi-tasking skills

· Strong interpersonal communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

· Treat visitors in a warm and compassionate manner

· Check insurance eligibility and prior authorizations

· Obtain medical history for patients

· Coordinating surgery

· Community Outreach
