Here’s what a Floating Teacher’s day looks like:

• Safety is our number one pillar! Ensure each student's health and safety at all times through adherence to our daily protocols
• Travel between centers to support our community of educators, children and families
• Bring our unique, creative and original curriculum to life in preschool and enrichment programs
• Foster of love for play in a warm and positive environment, support your students social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth
• Create a strong community of parents and caregivers by sharing your classroom’s day-to-day activities and developmental milestones

Requirements

This job is for you if you:

• Have a High School Diploma or GED- required
• Have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred (Education field preferred) or are in pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree
• Have 1 year of teaching experience (Experience in preschool, theatre, dance, and music is a plus!)
• Are a self-starter, highly motivated, dynamic, and a creative team player
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have the ability to travel between centers
• Are a lifelong learner!

Starting pay rate of $21.00 per hour- eligible after 90 days of employment for a merit increase to $22.00 per hour
