Customer Engagement Specialist - Entry Level Sales
This is an in-person position. We do not offer remote at this time.
NX Direct is hiring for a full-time entry-level Customer Engagement Specialist. Our customer connection representative position is face-to-face with our customers in retail settings.
We believe connections are made in person and our results speak for themselves! We have major clients and contracts signed and are in need of an entry level professional with outstanding people skills and a desire to learn, grow, and have fun!
This position is full-time and involves responsibilities in :
- Creating a positive buying experience
- Answering all customer questions
- Keeping up to date with product knowledge
