The National Retail Account Manager is responsible for developing and managing retail relationships to grow sales and market share for Thompson Creek Window Company, a premier line of replacement windows, and Jacuzzi Bath Remodel. This role will monitor compliance with partner agreements, develop and implement other retail partners. The National Retail Account Manager will build and manage the Retail Account team and be the key driver of in-market sales and operations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Own and be responsible for daily operations with retail locations.
  • Monitor and ensure Thompson Creek’s compliance with all partner manufacturer and dealer agreements.
  • Lead the internal team, including recruitment, training, and on-going development.
  • Increase revenue with partners through development of launch and expansion plans and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Establish, maintain, and optimize operational processes to ensure superior customer experience and satisfaction for partner members. Create and maintain essential documentation.
  • Take on other retail relationships as developed to ensure success and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and vendor partners, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to store staff and vendors, ensuring they possess the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively execute lead generation campaigns.
  • Monitor adherence to brand guidelines and standards within retail stores, including displays, collateral, and promotional materials.
  • This role will monitor compliance with partner agreements, develop and implement retail partner onboarding processes.
  • Build and manage the Retail Account team and be the key driver of in-market sales and operations.
  • Own and be responsible for daily operations with partners and Smart Circle.
  • Create and maintain essential documentation.
  • Learn and gain proficiency in operating systems, including SAP CRM, sales tools, and Costco systems like Centah, etc.
  • Represent Thompson Creek Window Company as a knowledgeable, professional, and respected brand ambassador, embodying the image and values of the organization.
  • Monitor and measure performance of against sales targets.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Education & Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in retail marketing or sales, with a proven track record of success in high ticket lead generation. Previous management experience in home improvement, construction, or related field with direct reports. Must demonstrate past successes in national account sales and business growth Strong understanding of the retail landscape and consumer behavior within your industry.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
