Client Relations Associate Responsibilities:

• Promote product options and drive sales revenue through customer service and community outreach programs
• Communicate with customers and provide sales solutions, product recommendations, and answer questions
• Support the sales & customer service department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of customer service and outreach campaigns
• Ensure a consistent and concise message to consumers by attending daily client meetings
• Maintain a positive attitude, and promote the company image by focusing on sustaining client relations
• Acquire new clients by engaging customers with a welcoming demeanor and developing a sense of trust
• Contribute to establishing goals, strategies, and tactics to ensure operational business goals are met and sales revenue is generated

Client Relations Associate Requirements:

• Self-motivated, self-starter with proven abilities and a basic understanding of sales, customer service, and the tools necessary to be successful
• Ambitious, results-oriented, and capable to work independently with minimal supervision
• Detail-oriented, goal-driven, and superb organizational skills, including exceptional task and project management abilities
• Expert in managing conflicting priorities while demonstrating outstanding time management and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrate versatility, adaptability, and eagerness to embrace constantly changing work priorities with enthusiasm
• Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
