Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to meet the growing demands within our office. You will provide direct care, discussing patient symptoms and concerns to prescribe medication and create a treatment plan.

What We Need:
Our ideal candidate will need experience with family medicine and a strong focus on (M.A.T) Medication-Assisted Treatment. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and will collaborate with our family doctors to deliver the highest quality of patient care.

Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities:

• 1 to 2 days weekly
• No call responsibilities after hours
• Facilitate new patient consultation and health history review
• Recommend treatment options and future appointments
• Provide referrals to specialists when necessary
• Ensure patient records are keep up to date including test results, condition changes, etc.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Master's degree in nursing
• Current state Nurse Practitioner license
• M.A.T certification preferred
• Understands HIPAA and OSHA regulations
• Proficient in EHR medical charting systems, computer-based data management programs, and information systems

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
