Contract Coordinator - Construction

Our client is seeking an experienced contracts administrator.

Contracts Coordinator Responsibilities :

• Produce, edit, and process subcontracts and purchase orders from draft documents provided by Project Managers.
• Produce, edit, and process change orders to subcontracts and purchase orders from draft documents provided by Project Managers.
• Maintain record of compliance with Insurance and full execution of documents.
• Coordinate with management and accounting on issues should there be any.
• Assist in editing AIA documents from drafts provided by Project Managers.
• Distribute / Scan documents to subcontractors and company filing systems.

Contracts Coordinator Qualifications :

• Experience with Viewpoint and Procore software highly preferred
• Advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft Office 365
• Strong keyboard / typing skills with high accuracy
• Self-motivated and accepting of an open office environment
• Experience in construction contracts management highly preferred
