About us

We are Electronics Engineering and Manufacturing Company located in Hillsboro OR. We design and assemble circuit board assemblies.

We have multiple openings for the positions in our Assembly Production department for soldering both Lead and Lead free assemblies used in high tech, Medical, Defense and Energy Storage industries.

  • Soldering Assembler

We're looking for motivated individuals who have technical aptitude, strong attention to detail, and great communication skills within a small team environment.

These positions are primarily full-time with 9-hour work schedule Monday-Thursday start times 7am to 4:30pm, and 4-hours on Fridays start times 7am to 11am.

Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance after 60 days of employment, Paid Holidays are all available after 3 months of employment, and Vacation/PTO are available after 1 year of employment.

Our well-established firm is looking for a highly efficient Electronic Assembler. We need an individual with strong mechanical aptitude, excellent eye-hand coordination and the ability to perform quality control assessments on assembled products. In this position, you will follow pre-set assembly instructions to create individualized products and work closely with a small team of professionals. It is essential to be detail-oriented and able to perform quality control assessments on assembled products, as well as pay attention to safety details in the workplace.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform cuts and jump (mods) to circuit board assemblies
  • Assemble electrical components for various applications.
  • Connect electrical components to establish working circuits.
  • Operate soldering machine to apply heat to wires and cables.
  • Operate tools that are used to strip or cut insulation from wires and cables.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
