NW Cellular, a Metro by T-Mobile Authorized Retailer, is jumping into the Milwaukee scene. We are looking for experienced Retail Store Managers to join our Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Management Team. As a Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Retail Store Manager for NW Cellular, your role will be to work directly with your Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Retail Sales Associates and make certain all are well versed in our selling process, Metro by T-Mobile products and services and ensure your retail locations attain our operational standards of excellence. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing retail environments, preferably in the wireless industry, and is well-skilled in training and developing team members in delivering an excellent customer experience that includes an effective sales process and providing product and service knowledge. In addition, the candidate must have the ability to manage any type of customer concern or need with professionalism and a positive attitude.

As a Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Retail Store Manager for NW Cellular, you will be:
- Building a positive, customer and goal-oriented environment.
- Interview, hire, schedule, and supervise a team of Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Sales Associates.
- Meet or exceed both your personal and team key performance indicators each month.
- Coach/mentor your team every day so they can provide an exceptional customer experience each time.
- Ensure your assigned location is operating under the specific guidelines of both Metro by T-Mobile and NW Cellular.
- Ensure all promotional roll-outs, inventory procedures, or other duties and tasks assigned by NW Cellular leadership are executed timely and correctly.
- Set an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others.
At NW Cellular we require our Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Retail Store Manager candidates to have the following skills and experience:
- 2 years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment, preferably with Metro by T-Mobile or other Wireless business, managing team members.
- Proof of achievement in prior sales roles and leadership roles is required.
- Ability to lead, coach, and inspire your team members.
- Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology products, and customer service.
- Ability to travel to our various locations within your district as business needs dictate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
- Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US.
- Must be willing to submit to a background check.
