As a Field Engineer you will serve as the primary IT engineer to plan, coordinate, and deliver essential service for multiple NVR locations. Your penchant for great service and your problem solving capabilities will be called upon as you provide on-site and remote technical assistance for break/fix, maintenance, and project related activities.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage sales and business office start-ups and shut downs
• Conduct end user break/fix, maintenance, and technical support
• Serve as liaison to the business to understand and gain feedback on current IT services and upcoming business changes
• Support IT initiatives to improve end user experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 5 years related IT experience
• CCNA, Network , Security certifications highly preferred
• Experience with a Help Desk technical support team
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Very good oral and written communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
