CANDIDATES MUST:

• Be licensed or license-eligible in Illinois (Psy.D./Ph.D., LPC/LCPC, ALMFT/LMFT, LSW/LCSW)
• Have at least 3-years of psychotherapy experience
• Be trained in and have a strong interest to work with clients through a holistic and multi-systemic lens. Training may include ACT, IFS, somatic therapies, mindfulness-based therapies, trauma-informed therapies, health counseling, and relationship therapies.
• Be expected to build up to an average minimum caseload of 24 sessions per week (a minimum of 1152 sessions/year). This requires scheduling 28 or more clients per week to allow for cancelations and seasonal fluctuations.
• Be willing to be paneled with BCBS PPO and Aetna.
• Have an entrepreneurial spirit and value a collaborative work environment. We are looking for candidates who are invested in the success of their clients, their coworkers, and the business overall.
