WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

  • Lead a team of buyer analysts supporting the Enclosures and Industrial Cooling businesses

  • Manage the availability of inventory to satisfy production and customer needs

  • Identify, develop, and implement improvements across the procure-to-pay process

  • Responsible for maintaining data integrity of safetystocks, purchase order dates, lead times, and other key ERP fields related to the purchasing process

  • Conduct and facilitate cross functional meetings to discuss disruptions to supply

  • Ownsafetystocklevels and process of updating ERP from the Plan for Every Part (PFEP) stocking recommendation tool

  • Drive KPI's for Cash, Stockouts, and other operational maintenance metrics

  • Identify, assess, and communicate supply disruption risks to leadership and site stakeholders

  • Evaluate team member performance and plan individuals' goals to be aligned to organizationalstrategicinitiatives

  • Be onsite - remote work is an available option when necessary but will be the exception

YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor'sDegree required or 3 years'experience in materials leadership role

  • 3 years previous experience in or with supplychainmanagement

  • 1 years supervisory experience
