Summary of Position:

NVE is seeking a full-time NetSuite administrator to help with day to day operations for a growing services company of ~200 employees. Tasks will include responding to user base questions and tickets, data integrity monitoring, as well as implementing new features, settings and workflows. SuiteScript development skill is a big plus. We are looking for an experienced NetSuite administrator with a strong working knowledge of the Project Management Module/SuiteProjects, Accounting, A/R and A/P workflows. We do not use e-commerce, inventory or warehouse management features.

This position will report to the EVP, Operations.

Role Priorities:

• Manage our internal employee service portal (FreshDesk), ensuring employee questions are answered in a timely manner (~30% time investment)
• Create reports and saved searches as needed to support employees and the Executive Leadership team. (~10% time investment)
• Monitor, expose and fix data-integrity issues within our environment (~20% time investment)
• Work with the EVP, Operations to identify and execute on improvements to our environment and employee workflows within the platform (~40% time investment).

Requirements:

• Comprehensive knowledge of NetSuite ERP system, especially Advanced Financials, SuiteBilling, OneWorld, CRM, and SuiteProjects/Project Management modules.
• Strong working knowledge of NetSuite Workflows, Custom Records, and Advanced PDF Templates.
• Experience working in NetSuite environments for a Services-based organization.
• Exceptional communication skills, especially written, and exceptional patience when working with employees.
• Exceptional problem solving skills.
• Exceptional ability to own NetSuite projects and initiatives, seeing them through to completion and ensuring they are completed at a high level of quality.
• Extraordinary organizational skills, self-motivation and self-starting
• Demonstrated ability to balance the workload of multiple projects simultaneously

• SuiteScript experience is a plus, though not required
