Seeking a qualified, compassionate Program Administrator to oversee Intellectually Disabled Adults in the Redding area. Candidates will facilitate meetings, create and maintain ISP's, Plans of Correction for State Audits, serve as liaison with local Regional Center and conservators as well as community agencies and train Direct Support Staff.

Requirements:
Candidate must have at least -

• one year of administrative and supervisory experience in a licensed residential program for persons with developmental disabilities,
• a bachelor’s degree or more advanced degree in the health or human services field,
• and two years’ experience working in a licensed residential program for persons with developmental disabilities and special health care needs.

Candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, pre-employment physical, and be able to obtain CPR/First Aid card within 90 days of hire.

North Valley Developmental Services, Inc. facilities include an Adult Day Program and multiple houses where up to six (6) individual adults with intellectual disabilities reside.

North Valley Developmental Services, Inc. assists clients in daily living goals and independent living skills. Staff assist personal care and hygiene, household chores i.e. laundry, preparing portioned meals following dietary guidelines on our menus, and general housekeeping.
