Client Service Representative Role Requirements

• 1 years customer service experience required
• Veterinary hospital experience a plus
• An employee in this position must have a sense of caring for animals and their owners
• Professional communication skills

Veterinary Assistant Responsibilities

• Assist with checking in clients/patients
• Answering phones
• Replying to client emails
• Relaying medical information to clients
• Generally assisting with the day-to-day operation of the hospital
• Communicating client concerns with the medical staff

• The base hourly range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00. Our pay ranges are primarily determined by role and level of responsibilities. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and additional factors such as relevant education or training.
• Position eligible for a periodic bonus
