About Us
The Animal Medical Center of Plainfield is a diverse animal hospital. We provide General Practice services which include routine vaccine and preventative visits with our Veterinarians and Veterinary technicians, Soft Tissues surgeries, Dental procedures, Orthopedic Procedures and much more. The Animal Medical Center of Plainfield is also a 24 hour Emergency Hospital that is able to provide Emergency visits, Surgical Services, Medical Case Management, Ultrasound Services and other procedures that are unable to wait. We are proud to service the entire southwest suburbs of the Chicagoland area.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client service by educating clients, greeting them, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Answer phone calls promptly and direct clients accordingly.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) with detailed notes and necessary documents.
- Scheduling appointments and managing the veterinary clinic's calendar.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the reception area and the hospital of
- Possess in-depth understanding of general practice and emergency veterinary services, vaccines, preventatives, wellness care, and insurance plans.
- Demonstrates awareness in identifying emergency situations within a veterinary hospital and exhibits the ability to promptly and effectively respond to ensure the well-being of the animals.
- Managing Financials.
- Use Intravet (On-Site Training)
- Assist with Trupanion pet insurance (Experience a plus, On-Site Training)
- Assist clients with Care Credit Card(Experience a plus, On-Site Training)
- Assist clients with Scratch Pay Veterinary Loan (Experience a plus, On-Site Training)
Hospital Hours
Open 24-hours/365 days out of the year.
Availability
- Daytime hours: 8am-8pm- Weekdays-Weekends-Holidays
- Full time positions available
- Flexible shifts on mandatory holiday's
- Flexible Shifts from 7-hours to 12-hours
Job Type: Full-time

Experience:
- Veterinary: 1 year (Recommended)
