NV5 is seeking a Transportation Group Manager, for our Albuquerque, NM office. The primary goal of the position will be to grow private sector traffic services specifically traffic impact studies, DRIs, signal warrant studies, transportation plans, bike/ped plans, corridor studies, parking plans, traffic signal design, timing, safety studies, and the like.

Most frequent and essential work activities:

• Complete traffic studies.
• Train and develop staff for work in the private sector.
• Interact with clients from project startup to completion.
• Ensure projects are completed on time within budget and of the highest quality.
• Prepare proposals and contracts.
• Market NV5 to existing and potential clients and maintain positive client relationships.
• Represent NV5 at professional functions.

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology
• 8-10 years of directly related professional work experience
• PE, or ability to acquire a PE in NM within one year of beginning work
• PTOE and/or AICP, a plus
• Excellent writing skills
• Traffic analysis software, Microsoft Office
