Successful candidate will work for a multidiscipline national engineering company in our Orlando office. We have been providing Surveying & Mapping services for our Florida state, municipal, private and federal clients for last 40 years.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise various survey tasks and projects mostly for the transportation/infrastructure arena, such as Right of Way Mapping, Design Survey, Subsurface Utility Engineering, etc.
• Reviews and evaluates operating procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency in operations and that desired objectives are met.
• Performs QA/QC reviews to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with state and FDOT policies, procedures and professional standards.
• Help market company's survey team.
• Provide leadership and guidance for supporting office and field staff.
• Develops project plans, timelines, deliverables, milestones, and status updates.

Qualifications

Education/Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
• 10 years managing large land survey projects. Preference for candidates with experience in Right of Way Mapping projects in Florida, preferably FDOT District Five.

Certifications/Licenses

• Florida Professional Surveyor and Mapper license (required).
